The Technician (Reise) was very thorough. He was conscientious in keeping house clean as he and his equipment went from upstairs to downstairs. He answered any questions we ... had and was determined to find out the problem.

From start to finish my experience was easy and amazing. Called late on a Saturday because my floor drain was backing up. A tech was at my house early Sunday. ... The tech quickly found the problem and fixed it. He also gave tips on how we could prevent the problem from happening again. No complaints. We had terrible, sudden, unexpected and stressful flooding in our home basement. After the water was removed, we were left with bacteria infested floors and walls and lost personal ... belongings. We are grateful to Roto-Rooter's clean up/demolition representative Luther, who not only assured us he would be there throughout the demolition and clean up process but he was there throughout the process. He is an excellent communicator with knowledge, skill and empathy. Of all the flood of people arriving at our disaster struck home that day, Luther was the only one we truly felt was on our side and who was looking out for our best interest. He fully explained the process with patience, encouragement, recommendations and caring. He also helped us sort out our many emotions and steered us in a logical direction with a solid plan for getting our home back on track.
