I had my septic tank pumped out 3 days prior & needed my field line pumped as well, technicians came out & surveyed the area then took care of the ... job that needed to be done. Very satisfied!!

I was very satisfied. The lead gentleman technician was very knowledgeable and experienced, and was very careful not to mess anything up. He cleared a blockage in a sewer line ... under the house caused by tree roots, and gave some good advice. The house call was not cheap, but I would say it was worth it.

I had a second water pipe break in the kitchen area when I had people from the mitigation company taking care of the water damage from the first break. I ... called Roto-Rooter because they did a good job the first time and because I already had their number in my phone. I was told that someone would be here between 2 to 4 pm. My call was placed at 10:47. Since this break did not have the urgency of the first I agreed. I got a call-back 10 minutes later from the dispatcher (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. He was also great. ) saying he could get someone to me earlier. In an hours time, or less, Dee arrived. Polite and thorough. He assessed the problem, told me he needed to get some additional supplies and he would return shortly to do the work. When the work was completed, Dee showed the inside of the copper pipe sections that had separated in 2 places. One was in the under sink area and the second was below the floor in the crawl space area. Both had solidified sediment that narrowed the opening that water is supposed to flow through. Being a nurse, I understand the problems that come with increasing pressure that is exerted on narrowed arteries. This was a rupture that was going to happen and I am fortunate that it happened when it did and not after new sink, cabinets, and floors were installed. I only had one question for Dee. Do all Roto-Rooter plumbers have a first name that starts with D? Great job. Thanks to all.

Calling a plumber in an urgent situation can be hit or miss. I don’t know if all the people working for you are this conscientious but that day ... it was Dylan who was sent to fix things. Dylan quickly took care of the running water coming from the broken pipe. He discussed my issues and told me how he was going to repair the pipe. He saved the pieces I would need for insurance purposes. It was great to have the problem resolved so quickly.

Awesome service. Prompt and friendly. Felt more like a buddy was fixing the issue versus just a business employee wanting money.

The Roto-Rooter employees arrived a little later than expected but did give me a courtesy call to let me know that they would be late and why. The service ... was professional, completed in less than an hour, and and the gentleman spent some time explaining to me why additional work would be needed to completely solve my problem. I was completely satisfied with my service.

I had a clogged outside drain in a 4 inch underground pipe that runs from the roof downspout to a drainage ditch 50 feet away. I called Roto Rooter, got ... an appointment for the next day (Saturday) between 10am and noon. Guy called a couple of minutes after 10 advising he'll be here in 20 minutes. They did arrive, assessed my problem, advised it's best to try the high pressure hose. He fed the hose from the exit of the pipe at the drainage ditch, up the hill the 50 feet. In about 10 minutes the pipe was unclogged! I can't express how delighted I am, I was facing the possibility of digging up that entire pipe and burying a new one. The two guys who came were very pleasant, and intensely professional. I was also impressed by the system installation in the Roto-Rooter truck, it's very well thought-out and functional, designed to get the job done quickly and effectively. I'm an engineer and I couldn't have designed it better myself! I am extremely pleased!

Technician was excellent. Was very informative of the procedures he used to unstop the sewer line. We have had numerous plumbers address Our clogged lines over the past 6 months ... and never got the results Roto-Rooter gave us. I highly recommend them on difficult lines

Antwain and Randy replaced approximately 110 feet sewage line in my back yard. They did a great job. Despite the wet conditions they cleaned it up really well. ... You have two really good employees in them.
