Kima was my technician, and he was fantastic! I had a small sewage back-up in the basement and he walked me through how he diagnosed the source of the ... problem and explained how he'd fix it. He was also super patient in dealing with my home warranty company who had to approve the work before he started the repair (to ensure I'd get reimbursed). He was kind, courteous, and professional. Top notch.

Chawng was AMAZING! He was on time, professional, and educated me on the issue as well as further issues I may encounter in the future. He even cleaned up the ... mess my issue was causing! Chawng was nice, understanding, and extremely helpful. He always made sure I was okay with what needed to be done and helped me understand WHY he had to do certain things. The discounts he found me were outrageous! At the end of it all, Chawng saved me over $200! I can’t rave enough about my experience! It didn’t take all day and I was able to work while the issue was being resolved. 100 stars!

The plumber was very good at explaining what he was doing. The replacement sink parts we had gotten did not fit extactly the same as the old one . ... He asked if we wanted to continue and just put a cap on the extra opening, or if we wanted a different kit. He want to make sure we were going to be happy with what we were going to have. He was friendly and did a good job in a timely manner.

The service technician, Matt Kane that came was supberb. He was very knowledgeable & professional. When he ran into a problem he contacted his superviser & advised me he would ... need to come back this morning. He came with a longer cable. Supervisor Bob Snow also came with a camera. Both were excellent & completed the job of clearing the line to my toilet. Same problem in 2016. MUCH better service this time. Very pleased!

He removed the roots that had grown into & around the main PVC pipe & atop the beehive drain grating. When he was done, he cleaned up the area. I am very satisfied with the service I received!
