Very professional, very friendly service. I had a toilet that was leaking. I found out that the homeowners before me installed it incorrectly. The plumber, Justin, was friendly and courteous. ... He showed me exactly what the problem was and noticed the problem on my other toilet as well. I was able to get both fixed at a reasonable rate and he cleaned up after himself so well you would never know I’d had both of my toilets drained and fixed. Will definitely be a repeat customer if I need plumbing services again.

I am extremely happy with the service provided. Christian and Damien were very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me updated on all the work they were doing and ... gave me lots of information on how to keep our lines clear. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the issue with my sewage line because the problem was actually located on the City of Houston property. However, Christian and Damien gave me all the information I needed including video documentation in order to address the issue with the City. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter's services and will definitely be referring family and friends to Roto-Rooter when they need services.

Roto-Rooter employs excellent staff. Our bathroom sink is tied into the A/C condensation line. It backed up and overflowed into adjoining rooms. The tech immediately diagnosed and ... fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He notified the water restoration team to assess the damage. They quickly set up fans and humidifiers to begin the drying out process. We received excellent, world-class service. Roto-Rooter will be our first call for any future plumbing issues.
