JONATHAN ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND SPENT SEVERAL HOURS UNCLOGGING MY KITCHEN SINK. HE GAVE ME TIPS ON WHAT TO DO AND NOT DO TO TRY AND AVOID ... THIS IN THE FUTURE. HE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IF A PLUMBING PROBLEM ARISES. AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT ANY HESITATION TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Cono that arrived on Saturday requested a delay until Monday to install new water valves in order to get parts. Since I needed this project completed no later than ... Wednesday morning, I agreed. Monday morning he return and installed superior valves in about 1/2 hour. A good man did a good job. I rate Roto Rooter as an excellent company.

They came in and assessed the damage and removed all the material that was effected. They brought in large dryers to dry the floor and walls. They were ... here every day that the dryers were here to check the drying level in each room effected. All the personnel that I came in contact with couldn't have been nicer.
