How can I even begin to explain the quality of service I have received so far from Roto-Rooter?! Ben was the first person to handle my concern about a leak ... I have been experiencing in my home. He helped me schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and determine the fix. The next day, right on cue, the techs arrived and worked to troubleshoot the problem. They were polite and kept me informed of every step, and I was so grateful for this because I have been burned in the past by plumbing companies for this as simply as a toilet clog. After investigating they found some extensive damage and a broken pipe in my home. As you can imagine this was unexpected and caused my family a great deal of stress, but I was in awe of how professional and compassionate the technician behaved and allowed them to refer me to Rand, The Disaster specialist at Roto-rooter. This is where my faith really became restored in "known name" plumbing services. Randy called me and he was genuinely concerned for me, Not just because he was being paid to do it, but because he had a heart in it. He scheduled time for me and met with me promptly to go over how to recover from this. He filed a claim for me and even met with the adjuster the next day and stood by me through all of the confusion. The work began and I met John and his partner. John puts his entire soul into what he does and I have never been so happy to have had such a disaster occur so that I could meet these guys. John is special to me because of his spirituality that he exhibits in his work. He and his tech created a calming atmosphere and worked diligently to determine the problem. I am half way through my interaction with Rotorooter, and I will tell you this. There are some incredible people dedicated o this company. They are truly irreplaceable assets and will have all of my business and referrals going forward. This is not just a plumbing company, It's a business that demonstrates compassion in their work and relates to their clients on a level that goes above and beyond a service repair. The technician (Melvin) was very thorough. He assessed the situation after I told him what I knew and made sure that there wouldn't be any problems caused by fixing the ... existing one. He then explained why this problem occurred and how to help prevent it in the future. It was a miserable day outside, yet he kept a friendly smile the entire time. Our problem was corrected quickly and we've had no problem since. I saw Roto-Rooter on Undercover Boss and was impressed. My experience didn't disappoint me. I hope I never need these kind of services again, but I will call Roto-Rooter if I do. Thanks.
