I would like to thank an amazing team of employees from Roto-Rooter Plumbing. Ronny Rivera (2437), Ronny Moreno (5302) and Hernan Mariada just knocked it out of the park. They ... are true ambassadors of your company and treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I had an issue where last week my entire bathroom just stopped draining and I was unable to do anything. Dirty water was coming up through the drain in my bathtub and it was just an absolute mess. All of our local plumbers were unavailable and said they don't work on the weekend so I had no choice but to call and shop around to the big box plumbers. I had my worries about this hearing all the stories about people getting ripped off and work being shoddy. This was far from the the case with these gentlemen. They walked me through every step along the way of clearing out the issue and gave me quite a few tips and suggestions on what I can do to avoid it in the future and also suggestions on fixes that can be done. They were never pushy on the additional work they quoted and just made sure my bathroom was ready to give my baby daughter a bath on time. Thank you again Ronny, Ronny & Hernan, You saved the day!

My plumber Brian Ruano dispatcher #5294 was amazing he knew what he was talking about and he took his time to fix the problem that was wrong with my toilet. ... He was friendly, informed, knowledgeable and he did not waste any time fixing the problem. Because of his work I will definitely recommend my friends to this company. Who ever is Brian manager should be proud that they have an employee like him on their team. Thank you roto-rooter and Brian for fixing a problem that I thought could not be fix.

I actually had called a different service, prior to call Roto-Rooter, however they claimed to not service my area. Then I called Roto-Rooter. The phone staff were professional ... and courteous. They gave me an immediate time frame when a plumber would come to my house. Approximately every hour, they updated me on the status of my plumber and, 30 minutes prior to arrival, they contacted me to advise he was on his way. When the plumber arrived, he listened attentively, understood the problem, and immediately found what appeared to be causing the problem. He provided us with a couple of solutions, including affordable pricing, allowing us to choose on how we wanted to proceed. After reaching the best resolution, he immediately went to work fixing the problem. His work was professional, high quality, quick, and clean. It was a pleasure having him in our home. The problem is fixed. I should have called Roto-Rooter initially, and should I have any other plumbing problems in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Roto-Rooter.

A pipe that leads to the house broke. Roto Rooter sent a service man to the house on the same day I called. He fixed the problem right away. Very ... professional. I remember using a Roto Rooter several years ago. The service man also did an excellent job. For future plumbing problems I highly recommend this company. It is a big company. And these people are honest. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

Even though i was: -dissatisfied on 3-29 (after Daniel Salazar's 10:00 am visit to my house) when I called that night to place the order: Laurie could not see my order. ... So she transferred me to Erin; who also could not see my order and who transferred me to Cameron. Cameron did not see my order either; so he contacted Daniel who had forgotten to enter the order. Cameron was able to accept my order w/ the appointment date of 4-2 @2 pm. This first ordeal lasted for 40 minutes! -The second ordeal occurred when on 4-1 I received a voice-mail to confirm my appointment for 4-2 @8 am!!!! I had to call back to tell them that my appointment was for 2 pm and not for 8 am!!! -The third ordeal occurred when Manuel Danza (SUP) called me on 4-2 @11 am to tell me that the plumber had family problems and could not make the appointment; so he told me that he could have another plumber in my house @2 pm on 4-3. I said OK. -The fourth ordeal came when i received a voicemail on 4-3 @7 am, stating that a plumber was on his way to my house! I called back stating that the appointment was for 2 pm!! They acknowledged. -The fifth ordeal: Plumber Luis punctually arrived at 2 pm. He started by saying that he did not know what he was supposed to do and he did not have access to the order. So I said: The order calls for replace sink and faucet (which I had purchased) and replace the 2 supply-lines and the 2 angle-stops (to be provided by ROTO-rooter). Luis told me that he did not have any angle stops with him; since he did not know anything about this order. At this time I became very irritated; because I could not believe what was happening. Then he proceeded to lecture me on my behavior; to which I said: I AM THE CUSTOMER AND YOU ARE NOT IN MY HOUSE TO LECTURE ME; BUT TO DO YOUR JOB! At this time I said I was going to call the supervisor Manuel Danza; to which he said he was going to cal the manager to find out if he could buy the angle stops to proceed with my job. I left 2 messages on Manuel Danza's ( which he never returned; for he was out of town). Then my wife observed that Luis had left. i had though that had been given the OK to purchase the stops; but after 1 hour I decided to call ROTO. And that was when my 6th ordeal began: Trinity told me that according the notes: plumber Luis will not be returning to my home; because while he was there he had observed a fracture on my counter top; so the job cannot be accomplished. I told Trinity that my counter top is not fractured and that I wanted her to call Luis and bridged him on the phone with me; so he can tell me in my face what he had told her. Trinity did not do what I asked; so she transferred me to Valerie; who in essence said the same thing and added that I had two choices: 1) Wait for Danza to come back next week or... 2) she will schedule another plumber with a waiver for me to sign before starting the job. I said that if there had been a fracture in the counter-top; the original plumber Salazar, who wrote the order, would have detected it. She said take or leave it. I demanded to talk to a manager. So I was transferred to Mike (786-464-1080). I asked Mike what was his last name and title; to which he responded that if I wanted help, I was starting with the wrong foot by asking those questions. And... that I had two select between the two choices. I told him that had to hear my side of the story. i gave him the whole litany of what had happened. At the end of my litany of events; he told me that "he was sorry for what i went thru and to give him 30 minutes to schedule supervisor Hugo to go to my house today". Mike called me in 30 minutes to tell me that he is still in a job and would be too late for him to come in today. He assured me that he would be in my house tomorrow (4-4) @9 am. I said OK. Came 4-4 @8:45 am Supervisor Hugo Delgado showed up in my house under a torrential day. -On 4-4 supervisor Hugo Delgado saved the day with flying colors and professionalism. NOTE: IF THIS STORY HAD ENDED ON 3-29, 4-1, 4-2 or 4-3 it would have gotten ZERO star. Thanks to Hugo it got a 5 star!
