The gentleman did an excellent job taking the wet flooring and carpeting out but I need copies of the pictures as promised and still haven't received any. Also was told ... the fans and equipment would be picked up Friday the 5th it's now the 9th and its still here please email me pictures my adjuster is coming the 10th . Thank you

I received an email from Roto-Rooter that someone would be here between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Mike, the technician, showed up right at 3:00. He was very informative ... and gave me a quote to fix the problem before he left.

I love Roto Rooter. I had them come out twice, since December. Once to repair a busted pipe in my basement, and yesterday to replace bolts and wax ring under ... my toilet that caused a leak in my living room. Both times the techs came within the hour, there was no service charge, free estimates were given, and the jobs were done well and in a timely manner! Thank you Roto Rooter!

My original window was between 10:15 and 12:15. I checked with your office after the promised time passed and was told that the plumber was still at the previous call ... and he would call when he was leaving the job which he did. Upon arrival he thought that the problem might be between the outside of the house and sewer line. After further discussion and a review of our piping layout, he carefully slowly opened the clean out cap and verified in fact it was not clogged. He then removed the toilet next to the shower and ran the snake through that line then ran the snake through the shower drain. Problem solved! I was elated to find I was not going to have to dig up the front yard and the major expense that would have entailed. Your plumber did a good job in a professional manner. I have already recommended Roto-Rooter to several friends should they need your services. LJ

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter, are main sewer line was clogged 100 feet + from the house I didn't know where the clean out were. AJ (the tech) ... went out of his way to find and fix the problem.

The outside sewer line was replaced 8 months ago and clogged again! This time it was due to corroded sewer pipes under the house. I received a 10% ... discount on flushing the system and a quote for replacing the line under the house. I was also given advice on when and if to replace the lines. I appreciated the advice though it might have been better if all the lines were replaced at the same time.

Lots of roadblocks to overcome, including digging outside by hand because of the proximity of the line, as well as clean up and remediation of major leak. All was done ... professionally and I was completely satisfied.

I like their customer service and prompt appointments.

The service tech lifted the toilet to unclog interior line, and did a great job. However ,the neoprene gasket he used to reset the toilet was too thick . The ... toilet is wobbly and not tight on the floor.
