Lifesaver!!! I live in Baltimore, my 84-year old mom, who requires 24/7 care, lives in Hagerstown. Late afternoon a few weeks ago, her caregiver told me the toilets won’t ... flush, were backed up.....I called all around Hagerstown for help, earliest apptmt I could get was next morning. I called you guys, Zach called me back immediately and he was at Mom's house 15 minutes later. He chased the clog down to edge of the property and found that the messed up sewer pipe and clog was on the County to fix. Zach called the County (so I didn’t have to, which I thought was above and beyond!), and they came out that night to start the repairs and get things “moving.†And he ended up charging us basically just for his visit. And he kept in touch with me at each stage to let me know what was going on. And although I never met him, he was super nice, pleasant, and polite on the phone. Amazing, wonderful, efficient, and 1,000,000 thank yous are not enough!!!
Zach Sword in Hagerstown, MD went above and beyond! My husband and I are so grateful for service that truly exceeded my expectations. We had a sewer back ... up and they came out same day to see if they could clear it. He talked to the City worker about their findings and worked hard breaking two snakes. He was unable to clear the blockage but he helped my husband find someone to come out and replace the line since we were supposed to be going out of town in a few days and they were unable to get it done before we were supposed to leave. At that point, I was a happy customer. But then called my husband the next morning to see if he could come back out and try again to get the blockage. He didn't want us to have to rush to dig up our backyard days before we left for vacation. He came over that afternoon with some help and was able to take care of the blockage saving us $8000 and our badly needed vacation! I will be a customer for life! Thank you Zach Sword for going to extra mile to take care of us. We will be replacing our septic line soon and Zach will always get my business.
