I called RotoRooter for a couple of plumbing needs. Mike was at my house within 40 minutes of the call. He got right to work, demonstrating expertise and experience ... in correcting an improperly installed toilet. He showed me where the issue was and showed me how he fixed it. When he left the bathroom, it was as neat as before but without a leak. Next he replaced the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. That seemed to take no time and again, there was no sign of any work being done left behind. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. Great service...very polite...tremendously expert in all aspects of plumbing. The serviceman who resolve our sewage backup was so very professional (only doing/charging what was truly necessary). I can't recommend ... him more highly! What a great relief to know you can call on someone for such reliable and fair service to quickly resolve roto-rooter type plumbing issues.

Everyone was great, Shawn came out and gave me an estimate, after I had made calls to the insurance and figured out what was wrong and called back later that ... night, they sent a crew out right away with equipment to get started. The next morning Nate and Steven were there for several hours tearing up everything that was destroyed and used lots of fans and dehumidifiers and another piece of equipment to dry out the rooms affected by water. The equipment ran for 3 more days with daily checkups from Roto Rooter before everything was as it should be, nice and dry. I will always recommend and continue to use Roto Rooter.

Stephen was punctual, broke down the diagnosis and resolution to my issue. He noticed an issue in the main drain after snaking/resolving the initial issue causing the back up and ... ended up pulling up random debris from the floor drain and getting it flowing correctly as well as placing a cap that was missing rectifying the random smells we would get as well. Great service, shared knowledge and problem solved.
