I was impressed with the fast service and for the technician to come prepared with all the parts including the new sump pump needed without having us to wait for ... it to be ordered, impressed me even more.

Al was our tech. and I can rate him by simply saying that he was fantastic.

I called because of an emergency water leak and they showed up within an hour of the call on s holiday. The Plummer was experienced and he did a great ... job. I had made a call prior to a company the woman that answered the phone said, her technicians were taking care of existing customers, therefore, they would not be available until until 10:00 am-2:00pm the following day. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to all my friends. They are amazing!

I was very grateful and impressed with the Roto Rooter employees that worked to replace my sewer line on Christmas Eve (12/24/18). The crew worked diligently to fix my ... plumbing and to restore water to my home. The only problem is their failure to fill-in the dirt that they dug up around my gas line located in the front of my home. I have notified several Roto Rooter representatives about this issue; and, most recently Mr. Fetner informed me that he would get someone to address this problem around Wednesday (1/2/19) or Thursday (1/4/19) this week. Once this problem is addressed I would not hesitate to give Roto Rooter a "superior" rating. Again, I'd like to thank the employees for all of their hard work and dedication in repairing my plumbing and water restoration issues.

The very nice man made me feel very good about his diagnosis of our problem and the terrific results that his experience created.

This is an update to previous submitted survey. While I was unhappy with the noises, another roto plumber investigated and stated he saw no issues and explained a few ... items.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the excavation that Roto Rooter staff completed at my home on Christmas Eve (12/24/18). The staff demonstrated a high level of commitment to make ... necessary repairs insuring that my family would have plumbing restored on the date referenced. The staff were professional and demonstrated competence in the work performed. I am truly impressed with the work completed at my home; and, I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family members to Roto Rooter for their plumbing needs.

Roto Rooter provided service to me in a very timely manner (within an hour). Unfortunately my insurance company did not fulfill their obligation to obtain the names of potential ... providers and refer them to me within their specified time frame (4 hours); and, my basement continued to flood. The staff that reported to my home were professional and thorough in addressing the backup in my main sewer system. The staff worked in a very coordinated manner (Greg #8288) was first to respond and immediately snaked the sewer system while keeping me informed about each action that needed to be taken, Paul #2496 arrived and reviewed with me what needed to be done to clean-up my flooded basement as well as future steps that need to be taken, e.g., applying the microbial disinfectant, etc.; Brandon #5867and Justin # 2582 arrived and began the clean-up process. Finally, another employee telephoned me to arrange to come to my home tomorrow morning to provide me with a camera view of the condition of my sewer line. I am very impressed with the courteous and timely service that I received from Roto Rooter beginning with the receptionist Annette. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

My son was home when Trevor came to do the work. I haven't met him in person, but he was very personable over the phone. He called me ... when the job was finished. Of course, I can't see underneath the sump pump he installed. He said there was a lot of sludge to clean up. As far as functionality, I'll have to wait until it rains again. But it looks like a job well done.

Information was explained and pointed out what was going to be done to fix issues. Employees was respectful in my home at all time; keep up the great job ... team members. I will be reaching out for future issues.

He fixed the shower valve with a new valve stem and it is working better now and it is not leaking anymore at this time. He did a great job ... on it.

Came withing the time period specified and the plumber, Jonathan, provided professional service. He was world class.

From the time I called until a technician arrived was less than an hour. Joseph #5423 was great, he determined how to approach the issue, performed the drain cleaning by ... snaking about 90' of pipe, found the clog and removed it. From 1st phone call to job complete was less than 2 1/2 hours. I call that pretty good service.
