Service technician # 2143 reminded me of a picture of a seagull holding onto a fighting fish. The caption was "Never give up". Mr. James never gave up ... and always remained positive until the drain cleared. The drain runs like new now and it is a pleasure to see that vortex forming due to the water rushing down the drain :)

I didn't know where things were and where they went, but Ronnie took the time to find where every thing were. to me that is important, he could have said ... when you find out this information I will come back and fix the problem.

Had an issue on early Sunday afternoon in which water began to back up in the downstairs restroom. After quickly turning off the water, we call Roto-Rooter who responded ... fast and had both a water remediation and a plumber on site in less than an hour. As the issue was taken care of quickly, no water remediation was necessary; however it was discovered that a 3-4 foot sewer line running from the house out toward the yard was plugged. The plumber, Mr. Adolfo (#2325) was able to determine the clog and get things flowing again in no time. Excellent work. Later that afternoon, Rich was sent out to do a boroscope of the sewer line to determine the extent of the issue which determined a significant root build-up in the sewer line. This will need to be taken care of soon. We are very much appreciative of those from Roto-Rooter (Adolfo and RIch) in solving our plumbing issue and would highly recommend them to others.

Sergiy arrived on time to clean our clogged sewer lines, which turned out to be an unusually difficult and time-consuming job. Nonetheless, he persisted, solved the problem and gave us ... good advice on how to minimize such problems in the future.
