He expertly installed a kitchen faucet, repaired the leak on the cold water supply under my sink, and repaired one ... of my toilets without wasting any time. He wore gloves and shoe covers. He cleaned the work area after the work was completed. He explained what he did and gave me solid advice on some improvements that may be needed in the future. BT was professional and friendly. I trusted him immensely. This was my first time calling Roto Rooter. I will diffently use them again.

His troubleshooting was through and he explained what ... he was doing and why. And in the end he concluded that the blockage I was experiencing had cleared itself and there was no need to proceed further. The drain I was experiencing troubles with is working normally

I called Roto-Rooter for a hot water issue on Saturday evening. I had no running hot water. The attendant was very pleasant and informed me that a service technician ... would be available between 5:30 and 9:30 pm and would contact me when he would be available. Almost immediately, I received a call from Joshua Boone, #5765 and he explained the charges, asked if I had an electric or gas hot water heater and gave me an estimated time of arrival since he coming from Baltimore. When Joshua arrived, he introduced himself, placed on his boot covers and answered several questions from my wife. I showed him the hot water heater. Joshua explained that he needed to diagnose the issue and immediately went to work. As he went through his processes, Joshua gave me a run down of what he was doing and answered all of questions Through it all, he fixed my heater, was very professional and quite pleasant. I would recommend Roto-Rooter, especial Joshua to all my friends and neighbors for plumbing repairs. I cant say enough - Great service from a Great Company!

I called Roto-Rooter for a clogged kitchen drain. The plumber and his apprentice were fantastic. They were on time, kept my kitchen clean while working, and took the time ... to clearly explain the problem and solution.

No one wants to have to call a plumber when their toilet does not flush, but I was so pleased with the service technicians that I will certainly call Rotorooter ... again! They were courteous, knowledgeable and left my house very clean. As it turned out I did not have a drain clog- just a 40 year old toilet that they helped me replace and even picked up a new one for me. Joseph #5423 and Emmanuel #4907 were absolutely wonderful and a credit to their company. I will absolutely ask for them again if I need assistance.

I had a major clog 50 feet into the piping from my kitchen sink. We tried several methods to resolve the issue to no avail. On recommendation of ... a friend, I called Roto-Rooter, and was able to schedule a convenient day and time for service with a pleasant scheduler. My technician, Mr. Sat, called ahead, arrived on time, and worked diligently until the clog was cleared. He protected my floors not only with shoe covers, but also wheelcovers for his portable equipment and a pad ion the kitchen floor. And he recommended a preventative solution to pour in the drain monthly to avoid future problems. I like the 6 month guarantee, and the level of service provided to me. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter, who provided outstanding service. I’m so happy to have use of my kitchen sink and dishwasher again!
