My opinion of Roto Rooter was not a good one because I called Roto Rooter for emergency service at night. Two and half hours later, they were unable to send ... a tech out. Dominic showed up the next morning and he was great. He changed my opinion of the company. Great job!

Had a major sink drainage problem on a Saturday afternoon. Carlos was here within 20 minutes of my call, was polite, courteous, and the drain snaked out within 20 ... minutes, put the plumbing that I had taken apart put back together, checked to make sure there were no leaks and was gone before I knew it!

THE TECHNICIAN CHECKED FOR ANY DAMPNESS IN THE WALLS AND CARPET AND ANOTHER ONE CAME OUT AND REMOVED ALL THE EQUIPMENT IN OUR HOUSE AND GARAGE. EVERYTHING WAS DONE ... QUIETLY (AFTER THE FANS WERE TURNED OFF) AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR COOPERATION AND ASSISTANCE. THANK YOU!

Water heater was leaking and flooded laundry room and master bathroom and some carpeting. The workers who came were informative, kind, helpful and explained what was needed and as ... they moved along. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful group of men. Pleasant to work with. The young man who installed the new water heater work diligently into the evening to get the job done. All was cleaned up when work was done. We were very pleased.

They came out with the power snake, explained what he was doing and explained what I should be doing. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Vala repaired our service. The gentleman is exceptional. I saw him an exceptional tech. He was completely professional. Obviously he is well qualified and I would highly recommend him. ... I would really appreciate it if you should show in our records in the indaianapolis repairs for him to be show in our future repairs so we can have him and Vala come back personally for our future repairs or needs.
