Our hot water heater died on Thursday night and we were unable to relight it on Friday morning. We called two other plumbing services in the area, neither of ... which were able to provide service before Monday at the earliest. We called Roto-Rooter at 11AM and they had Doc out to us before 2pm. He diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate in about 15 minutes, fetched the materials, and had the old water heater out and the new one in and operating (and installed to code in our older house) by 5pm. Doc's years of experience and professionalism were outstanding and ensured we had a quality installation the first time. We will be using Roto-Rooter for all our plumbing needs in the future.
