RotoRooter! To the rescue. Had what would appear to be a majorly stinky drain blockage. I had attempts to clear made by others who had ideas of how to clear ... it, a professional company who didn’t have a long enough tool to run down the drain, everything from other plumbing personnel advised me to use certain combinations of items, and. Nothing worked. Will and Brandon! They come over, as referred by my home warranty, and brought the right tool, know-how and cleared it out. What a stinky job! Rotorooter, I just want to let you know how happy we were with two of your employees, Brandon and Will. They were sent out last Thursday to unclog a street ... drain that went under a planting in our yard, out to the lake. We have had a lot of water issues in our yard. It was 95 degrees, just stifling!! I felt so bad for them to be working so hard when it was so hot! They would go from one end of the line to the other then switch directions, all to work on freeing the debris from the inside of the drainage line. Well after several hours of hard work they eliminated the blockages from roots and were able to put their camera through to find our bad spots so we could mark them for repair. I just thought you should know how dedicated these young men were. They didn't give up and persevered until the very end. Kudos to Brandon and Will!! Excellent representatives of RotoRooter! T.J. Introduce himself, listen to issues, performed a review of the equipment. He explained the issues and problem and provided a resolution. T.J. took his time disassembling the broken equipment, ... installed the new lines and reinstalled the appliance. The job was tested by TJ, it was reviewed by myself and my wife . TJ performed his skills with a professional outcome. I will call again for future services. Excellent Service!!!
