Both technician who resolved the drain clog and technician who later video-scoped the drain pipe were professional and efficient. I initially called to request clearing a clogged drain. The person ... first dispatched seemed to be a water restoration estimator. A plumbing technician was then dispatched and resolved the issue. When I called Saturday afternoon for service I agreed to a $75 additional fee for weekend service. We later found that the Roto-Rooter website promises 24-hour 7-day service with no additional fees for after "business hours." Which is it? I was told that a copy of the video would be available for download. When will it be available?

I would like to thank Roto Rooter for the great service. Every time I use your company my problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. My plumber today was ... David Snider and he was excellent. He talked with us at length and helped us identify the source of our problem with a small leak coming from the upstairs bathroom into the basement ceiling. No major work was required. David had good ideas to try to figure out the problem and sure enough we did. Thank you David and Roto Rooter. I would not call any other plumbing company for my plumbing needs. Thank you to the scheduling staff as well, they are flexible, friendly and call frequently with updates about the status of the visit. I appreciate all of the good service.

Arrived on time, did not have the part necessary to effect repair. Went to the local HD and bought the part and completed the service. 2 hours and problem solved.

Jose our technician was great! Very knowledgeable and super pleasant. He was very patient with us in explaining our service options and then took care of our clogged ... sewage line promptly and efficiently. He was also very conscientious about keeping our house and the work area clean. It was a crazy night with lots of heavy storms which no doubt meant that RR was super busy. The scheduler could have been a bit friendlier and more helpful (or at least showed a little more sympathy) and on the phone with us, but otherwise a very good experience.
