Doc went above and beyond to replace the faucet in my kitchen sink. It’s a very old cast iron sink that he had to remove just so he could get ... the old faucet off. Even before that though, he had to remove all the caulking that was like cement after being put on so long ago. Then he had to drill two holes in the faucet area (cast iron) so the new faucet would fit. At the beginning of this project neither of us had any idea that we’d run into so many obstacles. Doc was pleasant the entire time, always looking for solutions. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for a job well done. Ask for Doc!

We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Jesse McClane arrived promptly, explained the service fees, examined the situation, and went right to work. The pipe blockage turned out ... to be more complicated than he first thought, but was resolved quite quickly when he used several different techniques. He checked for possibly related issues (thankfully none found), and gave us some suggestions to avoid future issues. He was obviously very knowledgeable and was personable and friendly - even patient and nice to our dogs! We will not hesitate to call for any future plumbing problems!
