I would give more than 5 stars. Roto Rooter was timely, professional, was concerned for my worries and always kept me up to date on what was happening. I'm a ... senior, but still work full time. They worked with my hours, when I could meet them at my place. Very professional always. The names I remember most were Theodore, Larry, Ken. The workers were very intent on getting the work done in a timely manner. And they tried to spare me the minimum of discomfort.. Just can't say enough about my experience. Will recommend them to my friends at work and personally and family. Great Job Roto Rooter.

I had a clogged sink sewage line. I called your company and was handled very professionally over the phone. Within the hour I was contacted that a service person was ... on their way. Tech Mark #2840 showed up and I explained my problem. He professionally went over everything service wise explaining everything fully, and answered my questions as well. We agreed on the service to fix the problem and he went about correcting the problem. No messes. Clean work.
