These people are seriously the best! From the sweet girl that answered the phone when I called to make an appointment to the plumber that came out to get us ... all fixed up. Roto-Rooter was the 6th company that came to my house to get this fixed. I was worried but when the plumber called I explain all that was going on and that they were the 6th company to be out to our house. He assured me he wasn't leaving until it was fixed! He had everything he would need to do this job on his truck. None of the others did... He got it fixed and made sure it was all good before he walked out the door. I can not sing their praises enough! Great company!!! I will NEVER call anyone else! Thank You All for everything!

Donnie From The Erie Pa office arrived at my Residence Here in North East , Pa, 16428 on 28MAR19 @ Approx 1530 hrs. I was Very upset with the problem ... that had happend 30 hrs or so prior to his arrival. All I can say that from the onset of his arrival, He made me & My Family feel "At Ease" with his Professionalism . He Did his job & Dealt with it as if it were his own Home. He Did an Outstanding Job & Corrected the Problem. This Flooded cellar that I had just may have been a Blessing In Disguise just to have Met Donnie. I hope I wont have to use this service in the near future but if & when I do, I will Call Roto Rooter & HOPEFULLY Have Donnie here to make a Bad situation, Great Again. I agreed that a new line be installed and connected in my basement floor. The estimate they gave me was very reasonable. I was very please with the total installation. Quality of work was excellent.
