It was fast and easy. Got online schedule a time for the next day. They called and confirmed. They were here on time and in less than an hour they ... had fixed my clog from my laundry sink to my kitchen and out, he clean after the little mess that was made and so glad I called. Having 4 kids my time was limited.

A little damage was done to my brand new carpet when they rolled it back. other than that the work was good.

All of the guys Blake, Jake, and James and John were absolutely wonderful I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone very satisfied with everything.

Our kitchen drain stopped working and no snaking would take care of it. We live in an older house (1964) and so it was very difficult for the company ... to get the camera down our pipes. After my husband came up with a good idea to open the wall and cut off the pipe..they were able to get a camera down and see that the pipe was broken underneath our floor. As anyone knows the thought of having your dining room dug up is very stressful! All the plumbers that came to our house were very professional and honest about our options. Once they dug up the section the camera saw an issue at we saw how disintegrated our pipes were ..so they had to dig up the whole dining room and replace that kitchen drain pipe. Ed was the man who came over and got things done! He was wonderful and clean. He dug the pipe and replaced it in one day. Blake was the number man and he did a great job staying in contact and answering any questions. We still have one more pipe to replace and when we remodel we will be calling Roto Rooter back to complete the other side. We will be asking for Ed. Great job and my drain is sucking harder than it ever has!! We are very happy with the service!

Had to re-scheduled service for the next day. Randy at the office was very professional and helpful.

When the tech first called he said he would be over in 10 minutes. Our spot was pushed back to 8 pm at night from 1-3. Over an hour later ... he finally gets to our house. At 9 pm Attempts to snake the kitchen drain. No success. Recommends we have a camera and hydro jet the main line.. even though we were not having issues with our drains or toilets! Only our kitchen sink. Next day comes and they arrive without the camera. Hydro jet the main line and they is still no resolution. Now we are on our second day with no kitchen sink or laundry! Another appointment tomorrow for the camera they were supposed to bring today! I am less than satisfied so far! Tech also said he could not hydro jet the one area that probably needs it THE KITCHEN sink! The parts are on order? I hope tomorrow is a better experience and they get the drain cleared or at least have the equipment promised!
