They had to return the next day. Dispatch was able to accommodate a specific time and tech that I needed at the property. Will use them again in the future.

TIM came out with a trainee, Julius, aound 8:30pm. They did not leave until 11 PM. TIM was amazing. He is such a valuable asset to Roto-Rooter. He knows what ... he is doing, but he is also polite, courteous, and trustworthy. He said he would not leave my home until everything was working properly, and he meant it. I was very please with the response time and the service provided by Julius. Prior to calling Roto-Rooter I called 5 other plumbers and get push back due to the ... time I needed to have this done. When I called Roto-Rooter and spoke with Steve, he made sure I was in good hands all the way. The callback and follow up was prompt and on time from both Steve and Julius. My experience was a very professional one with both parties. Julius was on time and did an excellent job with the work under my crawlspace. Christopher spent 2-3 hours working on our kitchen sink, trying to unclog the pipe with increasingly long "snakes". He was not able to unclog the pipe after using a ... 40 ft snake. He charged us only $60 + tax for a jug of drain cleaner and made arrangements for someone else to follow up this morning. I can't fault him for not being able to unclog the drain - he used every tool at his disposal. He was polite and communicative throughout.

The entire team was fantastic and made me feel like having raw sewage backup into my basement was actually manageable. From Wayne and Zack, who fixed the backup within a ... few hours to Doug and Doc who assessed the damage and worked with our insurance, to Antonio and Shannon who thoughtfully removed all the contaminants, everyone went above and beyond during a very trying time.

Jean Claude (tech #4400) worked hard for several hours to clear some outside drains that weren't draining rainwater fast enough during storms. It was hot and humid and lots of ... mosquitoes, but he persisted until he got them cleared out - pulled out all kinds of roots and muck, and got them flowing better again. I really appreciated his hard work and enjoyed talking with him too!
