We had an unexpected water leak. Called them before 8:00 and Steve the field supervisor arrived before the 2 hour expected time. Ted(master plumber) was exceptional in ... his customer service manners and explained what needed to be done. Because of the cold weather Steve mentioned they could be delayed in getting the job done. Excellent customer service and I did go with another company that could get the extraction done immediately. Was very pleased with the interaction of both of these employees.

Kyle assessed the situation and worked to correct the problem in a very short period of time. He was very careful with the machine that he used covering the wheels with protectors so he wouldn't inadvertently track dirt in on my carpeted floor. He was very friendly and courteous.
