Dexter, our Roto-Rooter representative, was fantastic! Our kitchen sink had backed up. We zeroed in on the location of the clog in the pipe, but we had a ... big issue trying to snake through our plumbing pipes due to several unanticipated twists and turns just to get to the clog. Dexter did a great job troubleshooting the situation and tried methodically to resolve the problem to get to the clog. My husband offered to help him out, and after about an hour or so, they finally got to the clog and were able clear the pipe. Dexter was very polite, efficient and professional. We were very happy with his service.

Our experience working with Teda (Plumber) and Seth Whiteside (Restoration Specialist) has been top notch. We had frozen pipes which caused flooding in the basement and kitchen of our house ... in CT. We worked with a Plumber who did not do the job correctly. We looked for another and found RotoRooters. Their professionalism, clear communication of the issue and fixing the problem was a huge help for us. We were very much relieved and felt confident and at ease. Having him in the location while the Insurance Adjuster was definitely a huge help in getting everything clarified and communicated especially testing the saturated walls and checking every area of the house that were damaged.
