Pricing to snake a kitchen drain was a little high.

I have a children's center and our toilet was leaking in the 2 year old room. I called Roto Rooter and withing 2 hours 2 gentlemen arrived to fix ... our problem. Trevor and Robert were extremely professional and friendly. They noticed another problem that needed to be resolved and fixed that as well. I don't usually give out reviews or ratings but I was very pleased with everything. Thank you.

At 5:30am, I discovered our water heater was leaking water. I called the 24 hour number to schedule some help and to provide an estimate. The operator was very kind ... and reassured me that someone would be out, today, between 8 am and noon. I received a dispatch call that at 9am, the plumber was on the way. The plumber, Etson C., was professional and explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He told me it would be completed today. I authorized service. He gave me his cell number and business card and advised he needed to go pickup parts. In a short time, he returned and completed the install. A second problem developed; once the water was turned back on, the utility sink in the garage was opened and the pressure in the lines on plumbing that was 60 years old caused the faucet handle to shear off and became a projectile and flew across the garage and cold water soaked both the plumber and myself. I asked the plumber if he could make the necessary repairs and he said he could and off he went to the supply store. With some creativity, by thinking outside the box, he was able to repair the faucet and restore service. I am grateful that Etson responded and was able to provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter services and will look to hiring them in the future.

Marcus was phenomenal. The whole service lasted 20 minutes, and he thoroughly cleaned two drains for me and explained his process the entire time. I was also able to buy the ... special Roto Rooter drain cleaner and that stuff works!

I called in yesterday for a next day appointment- my shower was draining very slow. The appointment was set, I was given the time frame. I rec'd an advance ... call this morning telling me the name of the plumber and his approximate arrival time. Arnulfo arrived within that time. A very friendly and knowledgeable man. I showed him where the run out pipes were, and he explained which did what, in case I ever needed to show someone else. Since it was only the shower drain he worked Only there. He didn't try to tell me well it could be this or it could be that, we turned on the shower, and just listening, all of a sudden he said, there it is I hear it --right after that the water started collecting in the shower. I have an old house, so he did have a little difficulty getting to the problem, but soon it was taken care of ! If I need to call again, and Arnulfo is available, I will request him.
