This is a fantastic company, from the first contact person down to the field supervisor who called me to ask if every thing was completed to my satisfaction. My technician ... was a man by the name of Ray Young, the nicest man you would ever want to meet. I showed him the issue, he explained to me what more than likely the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it and he fixed it. Mr. Young I thank you, Roto-Rooter I thank you as well. Call these people you won't be sorry. Sincerely a extremely satisfied customer.

Our tankless water heater died on a Saturday morning. When I called Roto-Rooter they said that they would have someone out within four hours. In less than an hour I ... received a call back that the technician would be there in about ten minutes. After determining that a new water heater was needed, the technician starting making calls to find what we needed. He managed to find it across town, but they were closing in half an hour. They immediately left and returned with the heater. The new heater was larger than the old, requiring a re-routing of some of the pipes. This required visiting several more stores for the parts. All of this was above and beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter for their professional, resourceful, clean, and prompt service.
