I was given the ... number to my local Roto-Rooter company from USAA along with other potential plumbers. I was a little skeptical at first, but after talking with Victor I started to feel a little at ease about the disaster that just occurred. Victor was a joy to work with and a consummate professional. He immediately removed the frozen pipe that caused the back up in home and replaced the cheap contractor grade sump pump with a more qualitative brand. Additionally, he installed a much needed back check valve to help stem the flow of water returning to the sump pump. I am grateful and fortunate to have had this happen on Victor's watch. The technician was very prompt and professional. He worked diligently to fix the drain. Once complete he cleaned the area, presented the bill and asked if I had any questions ... or concerns.

My problem was resolved thoroughly...toilet was not going down; plunger didn't make a difference. Water was coming into toilet from basin & laundry tub when used. Roto Rooter ... came out and gave me an estimate (very high) but they had to snake the toilet over 100 feet. Not sure what the problem was but it is working now. Camera view will be done next week to verify where the problem was.

The plumber did an excellent job clearing our kitchen drain. He tested the sink drain, garbage disposal drain, and ran the dishwasher through two cycles to make sure the drains ... worked properly. He cleaned up everything and was extremely courteous. I’ll defin use Roto-Rooter again for plumbing issues.

Called at 6 am just after a heavy rain (it was still raining) -- sump pump and backup not working (tech later told me they had burned out). Tried to call ... company that had originally installed sump pump, but seems they went out of business. Rotor Rooter's tech arrived shortly after 8 am. He was polite and professional -- recommended new maintenance-free unit and backup battery. He went right out and got them (took an extra hour because he had to go to Reisterstown to get some of it). Made it back and had it installed and old equipment out by noon, so I only missed about a half day of work. Everything continues to work fine. When I got to work, called and talked to someone in billing. There was a $75 coupon on the website, but I had to go to work to print it. The gentleman (I have his name somewhere -- Mr. Rios?) said if I scanned and sent him the coupon he would apply it. Got my credit card bill today, and the coupon was not applied. I can search my emails at work and resend it if you would like. I sent it using my work email: ckidwell@martinstateairport.com. I will call within a couple days if I don't hear anything about the coupon. Otherwise, very happy with the quick response, and the tech and installation. Thank you!

Your plumber Joshua Boone tech number 5765 responded quickly to my call and was here within a half an hour. He thoroughly searched for the source of our leak and ... was courteous of our flooring. He explained everything each step of the way and diagnosed the issue correctly and showed me exactly where the problem was that was causing the leak. Unfortunately for me, it was the dishwasher itself that was leaking, not the plumbing but he was a huge help and came to our rescue on the night before Christmas Eve. I can't praise him enough. Roto-Rooter has a real asset in him. I highly recommend Joshua and Roto-Rooter for your emergency needs.

At the same ... time I received a call from the on call water restoration technician. He stopped by and we walked through the damage to my home. Great advice.
