The broken pipe was fixed with great satisfy but I was told that the water crew would come to dry out the area under the sink tomorrow will be a ... week and I have've seen or heard from anyone yet.

The service tech was professional and completed my toilet repair quickly.

Jonathan Brown, the plumber, and Dom (do not know his last name), for clean-up, were fantastic! We had a broken pipe spilling water into the upstairs bathroom and into ... the ceiling and elsewhere and they were great. There was another guy with Dom (Craig maybe). All of them were very personable and professional. You all are now our plumbing service (although I hope to never need to use you all again...) . I will also be telling everyone I know how good Roto-Rooter is and will recommend them to everyone! Please tell John, Dom, and Craig (?) "Thank You" again for me.

The staff at Roto-Rooter was great from start to finish. The operator (Lacy) was friendly and efficient in dealing with our needs. The plumber (Matt) who came to the house ... did great work and took the time to explain what he was doing and even helped us navigate a potentially difficult conversation with the city over who was responsible for the repair. The water mediation crew led by Dom was professional, friendly, and took good care of what little water damage we had. All in all, we would highly recommend this crew!

The serviceman arrived within 30 minutes or so and was able to give prompt pricing. He cleared our issue and was able to tell us how to handle it in ... the future.

Your service was amazing. We called you after our warranty co was “unable” to find a contractor in our area, even though it was an emergency for our home. ... 5 kids and no toilets or drains is a BIG deal! We had a mess coming from everywhere and no one was able or willing to help us. It was a hopeless feeling until we just decided to take matters into our own hands and call Roto Rooter of Columbia. Paul was at our home within a couple of hours and he made sure that he got us back up and running no matter what. He was even kind enough to speak to the warranty company and explain the situation so that we would be able to be reimbursed. Talk about going above and beyond. It took a few hours in the dark and cold, but he never complained, was cheerful and helpful and even let our very curious son watch from a safe distance and explained everything he was doing, much to our 8 year olds delight. He had another tech, Matt, come out just in case the snake wasn’t enough, and they both made sure to find and diagnose the problem and explain it to us throughout the process. We will be calling them again to handle any issues we have in the future, and they will for sure be the company we hire to replace our main line when it comes time to do so. Thank you so much! You took a crappy situation (literally!!) and made it better for us. We truly appreciate you!

A technician for Roto Rooter came to my house today his name was Aaron. The clogged drain was a real difficult job. It turned out that it was ... a lot worse than I thought. But he did everything he could to get the drain unclogged and he prevailed. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I appreciate him coming in such a timely manner and not giving up until the clog was removed. Roto-Rooter will always be who I call for my plumbing concerns, every time I call them they have someone here in a timely manner and I am assured they know how to take care of the problem. Thank you
