Our technician Mike Webber was extremely knowledgable regarding the installation of our new water heater. He showed us exactly what to do and how to maintain our new water ... heater. Mike also explained to us exactly what he was doing and why so that we knew exactly where are money was going! Mike was also very professional and polite during the entire installation. Mike also left out home even tidier than when he arrived! MIke is a true asset to your company and we will be requesting him again in the event that we need a plumber. Matt and Jacob were ROCK STARS. First off, Matt and another associate came out to my house at almost 2 AM to get water off my floor. They both came ... back the following day with their partners to remove flooring and begin remediation. Jacob and Matt were amazing every single day. They took into consideration my work schedule and tried their best to make this whole experience convenient for me. I have never used Roto Rooter before, but based on this, they're going to be my go-to phone call.
