Roto-Rooter Cincinnati Plumbing Services

This is the second time calling roto-rooter for different plumbing reasons. I was so pleased with their job performance from the first time we are using them again. They did ... not disappoint this time either. Their workers are very professional , knowledgeable, friendly, and prepared had all parts he needed on his truck. We had used another company before for plumbing needs. Help, does not compare to Roto-Rooter. Thank You!

Quality and conscientious

Service was provided within the time frame given on initial call. Service Tech was friendly and courteous and did a great job solving the issue.

I live in an area with many large trees with roots that occasionally clog the outdoor drain pipe and cause water backup. I called Roto Rooter as I have ... in the past knowing the staff would get the job done. Mr Koontz, the Roto Rooter employee, was polite, friendly, and professional. He did an excellent job, making sure that no obstructions remained in the pipe.

Branson (4523) took the time to talk to us about our sewer line problem. He was thorough in his work, got things working again, and encouraged us to get the ... line cameraed to find a long term solution. He did an excellent job and provided us with great customer service.

I gave you a five star even though your first technician could not complete the job because he could not weld pipes. However, he called another technician and he came ... within 30-40 min. The job was done very professionally and I am pleased.

A service person was named Matthew he was very professional he was very polite he knew what he was doing he told us what we could do to help prevent ... the problem from coming back without having to spend a lot of money at this time which we really appreciate it his supervisor I don't remember the gentleman's name came by maybe an hour after the project had been cleaned up this gentleman also recommended some services that we may need to have done in the near future but he also gave us a minor solution to the problem until then I think you very much for your service Roto-Rooter
