HELLO YOUR COMPANY DONE A WONDERFUL JOB WITH MY KITCHEN SINK. THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK CARE OF THE BACK UP PROBLEM AND WAS ON TIME AND DONE THE ... SERVICE FAST AND CORRECT.

The service man was the best ever, he explained everything to me, showed how bad my sewer was and answered all my questions. I am so grateful for all of ... his knowledge. I would not hesitate if I had to make another call, to make sure I would ask, to send the same person.

Agent was very pleasant and answered all the questions professionally and also took care of the problem I had with my tub not draining properly.

I emailed for an appointment on Friday evening and got one quickly for Monday morning, as requested. Technician came out on time, checked the garbage disposal, and was able to ... reset vs replace. He was honest about how easy the job was, vs telling me I needed a new unit. Charge was $250, which you could argue was high for a brief visit. However, I was happy to pay to have everything working quickly.

Our sink was clogged with grease build-up and Andrew was very professional, courteous and polite. He explained everything in detail, quickly fixed the sink and even gave us a break ... on the final bill! I'm extremely satisfied with the service.

I was able to schedule an appointment online on the 4th of July holiday for service the following day. I received a call when the plumber was on his ... way. Harold was efficient, personable and knowledgeable. He was very upfront about pricing, which I appreciated.

Very professional and swift work.

I am happy that my problem was fixed by Roto Rooter. However, I was charged $460 for labor and it took the technician less than a hour to replace ... a $52 part. I don't know about you but I feel I was taken advantage of paying $460 for labor for less than one hour of work.

The service technician that came out extremely professional. He did an awesome job. My father is 93 and he was very patient and explained every detail of what he was ... doing and why before he did any work making sure my dad was fully comfortable with the services being completed.
