The Roto-Rooter team did an understanding job. They came to service my emergency of my sewer line collapsing on Easter Sunday. They cleared the line, replaced a section of ... pipe and cleaned and restored our basement. What a mess they took good care of. I was recently having problems with getting my toilet to operate properly. Nothing seemed to work. Finally, I asked that your Scheduling Service send Luis Cruzado. Luis ... is the person who originally installed our Flushmate toilet. Within 1/2 hour, Luis installed a new valve and had my toilet back to the way it was supposed to work. I was especially grateful since my husband is in poor health and uses the bathroom quite often. I can't begin to thank Luis enough. He went out of his way to help us out, and he did an outstanding job. Everyone at Roto-Rooter is always very kind and understanding. It's extremely difficult to be a caregiver -- so when something goes wrong, it's always a big disaster for me. I will try to work on that LOL.

The first time they came the sink still leaked after the guy left. I made an appointment a day later & the next guy came out & fixed the leak. ... He stayed until he found the problem, no charge. I was skeptical that they would not honor the warranty but they did. They also called after they read that there was still a leak to make sure someone came out to repair the leak & I was satisfied. I appreciate that.
