Chris C Tech 4543 was fantastic. He explained why we were having the issues with our very old sinks and shot a video to show me where our garbage disposal ... was leaking. He sent me photos of options in replacement faucets from Home Depot and was completely transparent and honest in his approach. Something, I also have an issue with from competing service providers. Chris stayed later than probably he was required in order accomplish all the work that evening. It was a pleasure having Chris C as our technician and would love to have him back in the future. I will recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends.

My service repairman was Josh Rivera, Master Plumber. He could not have been more professional, informative, respectful nor jovial! He educated me every step of the way and ... thoroughly explained the reason behind each procedure necessary to complete the task. I felt safe, valued and informed and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Josh to anyone. I am so grateful - and am thanking the Lord! - for his attention to my emergency, which involved a backed up sewer line in my home!

The time wait , for the estimate was horrible, 7 hours. But the technicians were above AAA rating.

Zakk showed up on time, was courteous and professional, did a great job fixing my plumbing problem, and made sure I was happy before he left. There was no big sales pitch for other services - he did the job I needed him to do and was on his way. I'm now a Roto-Rooter customer for life!

Good service. Fixed the problem

There were many sump pump failures in our area due to severe raining and flooding. Roto Rooter was able to get a plumber out to us in about 24 ... hours and he brought a new sump pump and installed it on the first visit. He was polite and neat and did great work.

On Saturday morning, we made an appointment for drain service and was told to expect a visit in the 12 - 4 window that day. Throughout Saturday, your staff made ... multiple phone calls to keep us advised of delays caused by emergency calls due to torrential downpours. During the last of these calls, we agreed to postpone the visit until Sunday morning. On Sunday, a tech arrived and within an hour had cleared our drain and cleaned up, all the while explaining what he was doing and why. I am completely satisfied with our experience with Roto-Rooter and would recommend them.

RotoRooter replaced my kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. My service technician was Daniel Amankwaa (#5764). Daniel was very courteous and respectful of my house. He wore booties ... to walk through my house. He removed my old faucet and installed the new one. He even transferred the soap from the old dispenser to the new one. He cleaned up any mess that he made and took away all of the old parts and pieces, leaving no trash behind. He had me use the new faucet to make sure it was installed to my satisfaction. I had him change the elevation of the soap dispenser, which he did very quickly. Then he was on his way. The only issue I had was my appointment was between noon and 4 pm and the technician did not arrive until 6 pm. I was called three times to let me know the status of the technician, so I knew that he was not arriving within the window. Luckily I did not have any plans and was able to stay home and wait for him.

The problem was discovered late in the evening, and I didn't expect any help anytime soon. The Roto-Rooter plumber was there within an hour of my call. He ... assessed the problem, but could not fix it immediately due to darkness and hardware stores being closed. He arranged for an appointment the following morning. The second plumber arrived mid-morning the next day and fixed the problem. Both plumbers were professional, courteous and respectful. If the problem had been solved the first night, I would have rated this visit 5 stars.

Had one of your folks try to snake out sewer line and he was unsuccessful. Guess his snake could not reach the blockage or could not clear the blockage. ... He recommended a "jeter" treatment. That did the job. Josh Rivera was very professional and cleared our sewer line completely to the county sewer line under the street in front of our house
