Recently I had a leaky faucet and leaky pipes underneath the sink in one of my bathrooms. Having no experience with plumbing, I was lost and didn't know where ... to call to obtain service to eleviate my problem. Some time back I used Home Advisors to assist me with another repair, so I contacted them and shared what my problem entailed. I was given the numbers of several Plumbing Companies via email in my area from which to choose from that was able to meet my needs and provide 24 hour service, since it was late in the evening. I had heard of the Roto Rooters before but never employed any services. I called the office number and conveyed a synosis of the problem and was told I would hear from a technician shortly thereafter to further assist me. Approximately 5-7 minutes I was contacted by the technician and was told that he was on his way. Upon arrival, the technician checked the areas of concern, told me what the job involved, gave me a written quote, and after minmal discussion , I decided to proceed with getting the job done, The Technician worked diligently and efficiently and you could tell through observation and the level of expertise he displayed that he was a true professional. Upon completion, he cleaned the area, removed all debris, and ensured that I was pleased with the work performed. I am happy to say that it was a job well done. I will be using Roto Rooter's for all my Plumbing needs and referring my friends to do the same. Thank You Roto Rooters!!!!!

Marvin did an outstanding job of installing a state of the art touch faucet. He advised that he had never seen one of these faucets but read the manual ... and installed it flawlessly. He stayed around for several minutes to make sure we knew how it operated.

We had family in over the Holidays and had a main drain pipe clog. One call and we had a fully equipped truck showed up within an hour. The clog ... was fixed and good tips were supplied by the tech.

I called yesterday, They were here this AM. They worked extremely hard to get the job done. I had just bought my home and it was built in 1962 sp ... of course there was issues. They fixed the problems gave me a comoplete report of thing they did and possible things that I might have to do in the future. They did not try to sell me a bill of goods they let me make the decision on what I could do within my budget. You will always have my business I might add that Dylan/David and Jesse were all very pleasant to work with and were very knowledgeible. A big plus is I didn't have to clean up after they got done
