Service is not cheap however I wanted same day service with job completion which I received response was quick and technician fixed my problem the whole thing from phone call ... to job completion was done in about 3 hours it worked for me I will call them again if I need serviced

This is the second time I have called upon Roto-Rooter for sump pump services. My sump pump failed in March of 2018. Roto-Rooter came and replaced the ... sump pump. On April 27, 2019, my sump pump failed a second time and created a watery mess in my finished basement. Dan Deleo, the liaison between my homeowners insurance company and Roto-Rooter was at my house within an hour of my initial call. As Dan was leaving, plumber TJ Norwood arrived. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of. TJ installed a new sump pump that began to drain my basement immediately. As TJ was leaving, the water restoration crew of 4 arrived. They were amazing. I was so impressed with the professionalism and empathy they had. I actually called Roto-Rooter on Sunday, April 28, 2019 to sing the praises of all of these people. I am a single mom of a disabled adult son. I would recommend your company to anyone! Roto-Rooter is the only company I will call for all of my plumbing needs.

Roto-Rooter came out and replaced my main sewer pipe in 1 day, the crew did a great job.

My main sewer line backed up, and this has happen several times in the past, but Roto Rooter came out and was the only company that finally identified the problem. ... My main sewer line collapsed and had several holes through it causing roots to grow and damage the line more, gave me a reasonable quote and will have the work done in a few hours.
