Wow. We had had a huge back up problem and it was a Sunday! Mark was here in two hours and knew just what to do. What a big fix ... to a long standing problem. Mark cleaned the sewer drain to 75', all the way to the street, and pulled up lots of paper hand towels and roots that had been slowing the system down for years. It was like getting a quick heart bypass!. The sewer drains are cleaned out at last. I guess it was business as usual for Roto-Rooter but it was like a miracle to us. Dan Sherman
