Called Roto-Rooter Saturday evening and was scheduled for a next day appointment. Marlon arrived and assessed the situation which was a leak in the shower which was leaking down ... to the basement. He had to break through a closet wall to get to the root of the problem-installed a new piece and stopped the leak. He explained everything as he went along and even gave some helpful tips including the use of Roto-Rooters "One Shot" which helps keep the pipes from getting clogged. Using Roto-Rooter in the past has always been a good experience so there was no hesitation in calling again. Marlon was very professional and got the job done in just a couple of hours.
