I appreciated the fact that the receptionist was very forthcoming with information, very professional, explaining how their service works. They give a flat rate for services, which I appreciate because ... you know the service is being done in a timely fashion vs running up the clock. I also appreciate that the $85 fee for someone to come take a look to assess the situation is applied towards the bill. The flat rate fee is all inclusive so you're not surprised when you receive the bill and this helped me plan accordingly. The service person, Brian, was very knowledgeable about the plumbing services provided. Gave helpful information to our family about what we can do as well as explain any concerns we had. He was patient and worked very efficiently on the project. While there was a flat rate, the service was not rushed but given due diligence it deserved. Plus it is all under warranty should something happen. All of this combined, has given us confidence to call again should life happen.

The team that came out on 01/06/2019 was very professional and got the job done quickly. They did a VERY through job and explained what had caused the blockage. I ... was treated very fairly as this was a weekend service call. I have nothing but respect for Mike and his crew.

Austin and Justin were very informative and courteous. I could tell they knew what they were doing and replaced our outside faucet perfectly! They cleaned up the area ... in our kitchen and even put all my stuff (which was a lot!) back under the kitchen sink! Roto-Rooter will be our plumbing company for any plumbing issues we have in the future. Hopefully we won't have any, but if we do we will be calling Roto-Rooter. My husband and I are changing plumbers after 16 years. Why? Our last plumber did not show loyalty to us when we needed to replace our hot water ... heater. We called and received a recording. We left a message and were never called after 16 years of being faithful customers. We called Roto-Rooter. Pam answered the phone and Jose Rosario, Plumber Technician arrived within the hour. He was professional and courteous. He removed the old heater and replaced it. He completed the work in appt. 2 hours and hauled the old heater away. WE HAVE A NEW PLUMBER. The City Inspector came yesterday stating the work was completed correctly. THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!
