Bill came to our place on a Sunday evening with a can do attitude He diagnosed our problem in the system connected to the city but then also checked the ... basement system that is connected to a septic tank just to make sure we were not overlooking anything, then he explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. I appreciated he spoke to me in “plain English” he didn’t talk circles around me and made sure I understood Every step in the process. The service was not only terrific, the lady on the phone and Phillip were both the perfect example of how to treat a customer. It started with violet , who answered the phone. We had 2 plumbers that had failed to bring the right equipment and didn't listen as to how long our ... po property is. Backed up septic water is never a thing you want to find in your tub. We set an appointment up for the next day on line. A phone call was ... received by 7:30 that morning. Violet was helpful and was even nice enough to change appointment time for me. (Last minute meeting I needed to be at). Dale came as arranged and was as pleasant as can be. What a great bunch of people out to fix a not so great issue!

I am a property manager and was a first time client for one of my properties. Roto-Rooter contacted my tenants immediately and had the problem taken care of in just ... a few short hours! It was a main line clog and they had to pull the toilet then reset it and with it being the only bathroom in the house was very critical to the tenants. Will definitely use them again in the future!
