Roto-Rooter on Undercover Boss

Watch Rick working as a front-line Roto-Rooter service technician doing some of the toughest and dirtiest plumbing jobs at Roto-Rooter. This is going to be a pretty amazing episode.
Rick's alias was Hank Denman, a rookie sewer and drain service technician in New Orleans doing some sewer cleaning, bathroom plumbing work, etc. In Chicago, he cleaned grease traps using a big pump truck. But he also did welding work on Roto-Rooter machines at the Roto-Rooter factory in Des Moines and dispatched Chicago plumbers from the call center.
