Tech(Joseph Edwards) was dispatched late Sunday night 3-17-19 for a clogged lateral sewer line.Upon arrival Mr. Edwards was neatly dressed,courteous and quickly assessed the problem.Within a short time the sewer ... line was clog free and suggestions given how to help keep the drains and sewer line free flowing.Mr. Edwards was very pleasant,which made a bad experience a little easier to bare.Thank You ROTO-ROOTER

It's actually difficult to find the appropriate words to express how grateful I am to Roto-Rooter personnel for the assistance received, beginning on Saturday, March 16, 2019 when my refrigerator ... began leaking a great deal of water onto my hardwood flooring in the kitchen. The Water Restoration representative is Derrick Slaton, who continues to be of great service between me and my homeowner's insurance company. The plumbing technician was Teddy Peller. The Water Restoration team was Michael and Kevarious who carefully placed the drying equipment in my kitchen. One of the RR representatives came by daily to check for moisture remaining in the floor. For each of these men, I have such gratitude and am thankful for the efficiency and professionalism with which they have, and continue, to help me through an otherwise number of very very stressful days. Had Roto-Rooter not been available, my home would have suffered a great deal of damage. Because of these Roto-Rooter personnel, the damage has been totally eliminated.

Long day waiting but did a good job when he got here

I called about mid morning and was able to get an appointment for between 3:00 and 7:00. They called to tell me when they were on the way to ... my house and Jason arrived a little before 6:00. He was very courteous and took the time to figure out the best way to fix my clogged drain and it was done to my satisfaction.

The first visit went so well, and the technician was so pleasant and skilled ... that I asked for the same tech to come for our second repair job. His name is Shaun Isbell - Tech 971. On the second trip he arrived on time and did a second exceptional job. Over the years we have used many different technicians for different types of work, but I have never met one who was so pleasant an talented as Shaun. He is a real asset to Roto-Tooter.

Very pleased with the service

Yesterday we called Roto-Rooter to repair our hot water. Shaun Isbell arrived and he examined the water heater. After determining the problem Shaun told me that he could ... repair the water heater, but since it was 13 years old it may not last much longer. I decided to get a new water. Shaun drove downtown, got a new water heater, and installed it. We now have plenty of hot water. I would like to say something about Shaun. He is one of the nicest technicians that I have ever met. He is also one of the best. He installed the 50 gallon water heater by himself in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Shaun!

Jason was very friendly and professional. I called to get second opinion to the plumbing company my home warranty company sent out. They told my it was my field lines ... and broke the top on a pipe trap. Jason replaced the pipe they broke and installed a pipe to my septic tank and fixed the problem that day.He did great job.
