I can't tell you the first time we called Roto Rooter. We have been our house for 50 years and it seems as if there has always been ... on one of the holidays when, the whole family was coming over, and a backed up drain would occur. Roto Rooter was always there to help fix things. Because of the age of our home it was necessary, a few years ago, to have some major plumbing re-routing done. Roto Rooter was there again to help. Their service personnel are always knowledgeable, respectful, extremely competent, and pleasant to have in our home.. We would never be hesitant to recommend them.

The technician came very late. He was at our house until 9:45 pm. He arrived about 4 hours after we were scheduled. But he fixed our problems in an ... efficient manor and was very pleasant and professional.

I called, set an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning got a call saying they could come sooner than scheduled and were here within a very ... short time, evaluated the situation and started immediately to take care of my collapsed pipe in my yard. Worked most of day and came back this morning and finished up the repair of collapsed pipe and completed it all in a VERY professional and expedient manner. Very pleased with Roto-Rooter and the service I received.

Curtiss came out on New Year’s Day to fix two plumbing problems that had come up over the holidays. He stayed late to finish them for us. He was polite, ... professional and just plain nice! Curtis-653 came to my rescue, fixed my toilet troubles, kept the charges to a minimum, cleaned up my bathroom/toilet area. He quickly knew what needed to be done, got the ... tools he would need; vaccum, saw, etc., put my toilet back together, cleaned up after himself. All in about 30 minutes.

Fantastic, the entire Roto Rooter crew were great in every aspect of this process. Austin Robinson did initial assessment, John and Albert the crew were so considerate of making sure ... this process went smoothly and advised me of the steps they were taking to clean up the water damage from recent heavy rains in my basement area. As in my previous review of the water restoration crew of Austin, John and Albert, Matthew came ... out to remove equipment from basement, he was very polite, professional and made sure he protected flooring while moving out equipment from home. Many thanks to Austin Robinson restoration consulate, John and Albert Roto Rooter crew that arrived to start removing carpet, begin cleaning and drying out my basement. Returned home from ... being out of town on October 9 2018, and while on vacation I had heard that the City of Belton Mo had extensive, epic rains over a 36 to 48 hr. period of time. Upon arriving home I Immediately checked out my basement and found standing water that had already been in basement for 4 or more days at that time. I have lived in my home for 21 years and never had a drop of water in basement,so confident, that I had taken all the precautions, installing a sump with battery back up, had my gutters cleaned out, extensions on the downspouts, that I installed carpet a year ago. Well much to my surprise and dismay, the 3 day rain event was too much in a short period of time. Called 5 water restoration companies, all saying it would be 5 to 10 days before they could get to me, my last call was to Roto Rooter , they said someone would be out in couple of hours. Austin Robinson, restoration consulate arrived less than 2 hours later to assess damage and sent crew of John and Albert out to begin the clean up. John and Albert were extremely careful to protect my floors from any damage moving in and out the equipment. They also explained the process to take place and were very considerate to call on the days when they would be arriving. The Roto Rooter employees Austin, John & Albert were easy to work with and informative of entire process.
