I called this morning and talked with Christina and she was very pleasant ... and helpful with arranging a appointment for me. Sam Deirdar service tech # 4355 arrived with in an hour and half. He was very professional and cured the problem in no time also gave several helpful hints. Would call Roto-Rooter again if needed

The initial meeting went very well and put my mind at ease after having water damage due to a faulty shower. The project Manager and staff were very professional and ... courteous.

Roto Rooter arrived just a few hours after my initial call. My sewer was seriously backed up. The lovely young man spent time narrowing the problem and explained ... what he was going to do before he did it. He had to lift a 300 lb machine up and down 16 deep steps to get it in the house. He had to take the upstairs toilet off to snake from there as the machine couldn't get in the basement. This money was well spent for the effort that went into getting my pipes flowing again.

Gio was ontime, fixed the problem and offered long term solutions which i will be considering
