Ruben came out quickly in the late evening to fix an emergency leak. He was very polite, knowledgeable and competent. I’ve asked him to return in a couple of days ... to address a different problem.

Strip pad with three tenants at 5626 Fulton. Large sewage backup involving all three stores. In the evening. Michael Walker came right over and solved the problem. There was ... a difficult blockage a ways down and he climbed down in a manhole to get access to that and was able to save the day. Thank you!

You all did great. The only service I called today that answered the phone and could come (some said they would call me back and called back hours later when ... your plumber was already here). Then the plumber was great. He saved our toilet! Our little one put a toy down there and flushed it. After a little while I was sure he was going to come and say it was stuck and we needed a new toilet, but he kept working at it and got creative and the toy came free. It took a while, and I even got the baby down for a nap during that time, and he was quiet then to not wake the baby.

Ray customer service was superb. He was very personable. He locked the doors after himself,he put on booties to not dirty the floor and he cleaned up after himself. From ... the phone conversation to when the service was completed was all great! Definitely recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

My technician Owen, arrived on time and began work shortly after arriving. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of my issue in a short period of time ... and provided suggestions to help the problem from occurring again. Because of his service, I will used Roto Rooter again to handle my plumbing work.

Our technician Angel was amazing. The trunk line in our home clogged in the late evening and sewage backed up and out of the toilet at the end of the ... line. He spent 20 minutes walking the property with me to understand the flow patterns, asked questions about what I observed, and talked through all the options before making his recommendation. He was personable, humorous, and a breath of fresh air during a very stinky problem. He quoted the labor rate at the front end and filled it into the form, so we both knew what to expect. Toilet came off, snake went in (85 ft!), drain got cleared. The work was done cleanly, quickly (as possible), and completely. By the time Angel was packing his van, the work area was clean and the only thing he left was an open sewer line!

Johnny was knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the progress of the work. Took the time to go between units to see status of leak after each ... repair. Some damage was caused when trying to remove the old drain, which may require me to replace the tub. Offered to give me a discount due to the damage. Also took the time to repair a couple other minor plumbing related items. Future repairs/demo is required to fully repair the original service needed and will look to have performed by Roto-Rooter in a few weeks. Friendly!
