We had Howard #4285. He was here for 6 hours for water heater and pit pump replacement. Quality work and good customer skills. Very polite and professional. Roto Rooter is ... not cheap ( what plumber is) but you can have complete confidence in their work.

Tim (employee number 2508) was very professional. He explained what may have created the blockage. He also explained measures to take to prevent future issues. He cleaned up the work ... area when he completed the work. I would call Roto Rooter again for any future plumbing repairs or installs.

Tough job to clean out drains. But the tech was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He was in and out in less than an hour and cleaned up ... after himself. Very nice guy and explained everything he did.

My tub,vanity sink and utility tubs were backing up with water and sewage, I've been in this home for almost two years and had two other plumbing companies come out ... and tell me that my main line needed rodding and everything should be fine, long story short I still had problems until I called Roto Rooter, they told me some would be here in a couple of hours, in less than thirty minutes called back to say someone will be here in thirty minutes, other had me waiting 5 to 7 hour in one case the next day,Herman came was very knowledgeable and professional about what was going on in my sewage lines, he explained everything and it made a lot of sense, a scope was used and I was able to see what has going on and it was a lot, Herman cleaned my pipes out water draining very well I confident in the work he had done .
