He did a thorough and excellent job to cable our laundry basin drain, test the washing machine after the clear-out to demonstrate that there was no further possibility for leaking unto the floor, and did a complete search for other causes of the water that appeared on the laundry room floor after my wife ran a load of laundry on Sunday morning. He was courteous, efficient, and professional. I would give him my highest recommendation for others seeking help with their drains.

This is the second time I have had the need for the service of Robert Boyle. I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and courtesy the first time that ... I knew who to call to solve my problem this time. He promptly returned my call, and advised of his availability. When he was leaving a previous job site, he telephonically notified me that he was on his way on Tuesday, July 16, but ten minutes later he called to inform me that he was experiencing problems with his vehicle. On Wednesday, July 17, he informed me that he would be out in 45 minutes. When he arrived, I explained the problem and he went to work immediately. He found that the problem was a split in a pipe leading to an exterior faucet which was in a very confined space.. He encountered numerous problems while repairing the pipe but conducted a thorough assessment and was able to repair the problem. He explained what he was doing and why. He also made several suggestions to me to improve the area should I have another plumbing problem in this area of my house. Robert is an asset to the RotoRooter company and I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and work ethic.

The plumber gave a great explanation of the issue, provided all the options to resolve the issue, and completed the repair right away.
