I had a drain clog that caused my used bath tub water to go all over the floor. I called Roto-Rooter at 8, they had a plumber out by ... 10:30 who immediately went to work snaking my pipes. At 11 (plumber still at work), there was another knock on my door from Rotor-Rooter who had sent out a water restoration specialist. Adam took readings and explained that water could damage my sub-structure and cause bacteria and mold and explained how that could be remedied and how Roto-Rooter could assist with the needed insurance claim. I agreed to the additional work based on the facts he laid out. The plumber finished, and Toland, the lead water restoration person, was out there that afternoon and started work with his assistant, Alexander. Everyone has been great, thorough, helpful and efficient.
