Hot water tank recntly installed 6/4/2019 was not heating and needed element replaced, it was done on Sat evening

My technician was very nice and very professional. This was for a simple clogged drain in the basement, and he did a very fast job with it without having to ... cut any of the pipes going into it. He was also sure to check any water sources that could be affecting it to make sure this was an isolated issue. He didn't treat me like I was dumb as a box of rocks as any woman can tell you is typical of repairmen and technicians, so that was pretty nice. I appreciated this service greatly and would highly recommend.
