There was a mix-up with dispatching, but Erion arrived right on time in accordance with the first dispatch time provided. He went right to work and accomplished the job ... to our satisfaction. It took him approximately 1 1/2 hours, which included a trip to the hardware store for parts. Erion is a delightful, courteous young man who kept us informed of his actions, making sure that we saw what the problems were. He had to service two toilets, both of which had been improperly installed when new.

Mark Dennis, and partner also named Mark, did a fantastic job on our recent main line drain rodding. They were both knowledgeable, and courteous, and completed the job ... quickly,and efficiently. We would highly recommend them!

Hello, I cannot tell you what an excellent job your technician, Juan tech #5155, did clearing the sewer line from our house to the sewer. It’s rare to find someone ... like Juan who is not only friendly, knowable, efficient, but also effective. He never quit. When the rodder encounter a stoppage, he changed the bit to a smaller one and broke through. He then changed back to the large one and cleared the line. With Juan, you have an outstanding technician who is a credit to your company. Good people are had to find and you found one – as did I when he rang the doorbell. Gabriel, #5390, was excellent!!! He explained exactly what needed to be done and did a great job!!! My house has old plumbing and can be difficult to work with. Gabriel ... was able to locate the clog and remove it quickly!!! Thank you!!!!

Felipe was fantastic. Very knowledgable and walked us through every aspect of what needed to be done. He took his time and double checked everything to make sure we wouldn't ... have any problems after he left. He even took the time to explain the warranty and preventative maintenance to try and avoid future problems.
